I started the business 26th August 2003
The advice I give to my customers is a mixture of training, veterinary advice, personal experience, customer feedback and general common sense. I have not been trained by a manufacturer to give the hard sell on one product, I give unbiased advice and it will vary from customer to customer as circumstances differ
